Maintaining
and improving the building and major interior furnishings (excludes sound
system).
Involving
others from the congregation in building
maintenance and improvement, through their team
other avenues such as work days etc.
Contributing
prioritized building budget items to budgeting process.
Communicating
with church custodian and ministry leaders with respect to building
maintenance and improvement issues.
Ensuring
building related responsibilities for insurance are met.
